SHOULD YOU FLY IN THIS WEATHER OR NOT?

Flying your drone when bad weather is on the way can be risky and dangerous. AEROJO Drone Productions uses several sources to determine if drone operations can be conducted safely or not. We use sites such as Weather Underground because it has reliable hour-to-hour forecasts as well as good Doppler Radar. The Hover App is a good quick source to check if things are good to go where your currently located. We also use windy.com to see how things are blowing. The point is, we never rely on just one source to make sure we have weather that is safe for flying drones. If weather is turning bad, keep your drone close and land before wind, visibility issues or precipitation start. Getting great images shouldn’t come at the risk of your drone or the people and things around you.
